Nodaway-Holt Represents Well At FCCLA State Leadership Conference

FCCLA State Leadership Conference was held March 12-14, 2023. Paige Hanson, Trinity Olson, Courtney Woods and Chloe Wenger represented our chapter. The conference kicked off Monday night with the opening general session where our school received first place for the FACTS National Program. This program is a national peer education program in which students strive to save lives by educating youth and adults about traffic safety.
On Monday, more than 700 students participated in STAR Events. Chloe Wenger received silver for her entrepreneurship project. Paige Hanson received gold and the top score award in her national program STAR Event. She has the opportunity to compete at the National Leadership Conference this summer. When not competing, the students went to workshops on leadership development, college prep, and health.
