Nodaway-Holt Pre-Kindergarten Enrollment for 2025-2026
The Nodaway-Holt Elementary School will continue having full day Pre-K for the 2025-2026 school year. We will host a Pre-Kindergarten Sign-Up for all children living in the Nodaway-Holt R-VII School District who will be four (4) years of age before August 1, 2025. This will take place during the PAT/Pre-K screenings on March 13th at the elementary school. During this time you will need to fill out an application, show two (2) proofs of residence (mail, rental agreement, utility bill, etc.), child’s birth certificate, and immunization records. In addition, your child must attend Pre-K screenings if you would like them to be considered for a spot in August. Please contact Mrs. McGinnis, PAT at rmcginnis@nodholt.org or Mrs. Bohannon, preschool teacher, at tbohannon@nodholt.org to schedule a time for your child to attend the screening. You can also call the elementary office at 660-935-2514 to schedule a time. The district only has 20 available spots and the selection of the twenty students to attend will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, developmental delays, special needs, etc. Priority will be given to district four year olds. Once the four year old positions are filled, priority will be given to out-of-district four year olds next. The final decision regarding student enrollment will be at the discretion of the district teaching staff and administration. Those assigned spots will be informed the week following the application and screening dates.
