Summer Weights Schedule

Please see the following regarding summer Weights & Conditioning
- Starting June 1st, Weights & Conditioning will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 am - 7:00 am.
- Conditioning will take place both indoor and outdoor as weather permits.
- If there are more than 20 students interested, multiple sessions will be held.
- If there is a large number of students interested in conditioning more days, or different days, the schedule and time is flexible.
- Please sign up with the Remind App (see picture instructions) so that Coach Barbosa can see who all is interested and so that he can provide you with immediate updates regarding any changes to the schedule.
