JH/HS Student Registration Update

The Nodaway-Holt JH/HS has decided to make a change to how we are conducting registration to accommodate social distancing and minimize how many patrons are in the building. Please read the following:
August 12 – 7th Grade & New Student Orientation
- 6:00 pm
- Since we have a low number of students in the 7th grade and a low number of new students we will be keeping the 7th Grade and New Student Orientation in the same face-to-face format.
- Orientation will take place in the cafeteria and we ask that you social distance if you are not immediate family.
- During orientation students will register for classes with the counselor, obtain registration documents, learn about items in the Student Handbook, go on a building tour, and pick their lockers.
August 13 – Student Registration (Grades 8-12)
- 12:00 – 5:00 pm
- Mrs. Ginther will be emailing each student their class schedule. If you do NOT want to make any changes to your schedule there is no need for you to come to the building. Simply go to the school website (www.nodholt.org) and click on “Forms” under the Parents section. From there you will be able print off the JH/HS Enrollment Form, Medical Forms, and the Student Fee Sheet. These forms and payment fees can then be filled out, sent with your student on the first day of school, and dropped off in the office.
- If a student DOES want to make a schedule change, students can come in anytime from 12:00-5:00 to speak with Mrs. Ginther about those changes.
All students will receive their Student Handbook from their homeroom teacher on the first day of school.
