It’s hard to believe but in a few short months, your student’s time at Nodaway Holt will be but a memory. Senior ads are a tradition among graduating seniors that let them know how much their family cares for them. You know your student is amazing - why not show them that in this year’s Yearbook? You have the opportunity to let them know how proud you are of them. Your recognition ad will be printed and remembered forever in their senior book.
Ordering your ad is simple. Just fill out the attached form, include the pictures you’d like to use, and attach payment. Return the information to the principal’s office or Jill Wieland, adviser, by March 1. If you have any questions please contact me directly at jwieland@nodholt.org.

Full page (8.5x11”) $125 1-8 photos Quarter page $50 1-8 photos

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do my photos have to be the same size as the template?
No, we have the ability to scan and resize photos as needed.
Do I have to have the exact number of words specified on the sample template?
No, it is suggested that you stay around that number in order to make the text legible.
Do I have to type my text for submission?
No, you may hand write or email your text to jwieland@nodholt.org. Having typed text eliminates the risk of error.
How do I indicate which photo I want to go where?
Simply write the location lightly on the back of the photo or on the template itself or put a description of the photo and we’ll make sure it goes there.
Can I submit digital photos?
Actually, we prefer that but submitting actual photos or those on a CD can be used. Just be sure digital photos are 300 dpi. When scanning photos, most scanning programs have a “custom” section where you can change the resolution to 300 dpi.
Will I receive my photos back?
Yes, your photos will be kept until your ad is created. I will return them to your student at that time.
Will my ad be the same size as the sample ad?
No, the sample ads are for reference only. Your ad will look like it, but will reflect the size ad you purchased.
