Due to a recent increase in cases in both the Nodaway and Holt counties of COVID-19, the Nodaway-Holt School District has elected to cancel the live performances of both the elementary and high school Winter Music Programs that were previously scheduled for December 16 and 17. In an effort to try and protect exposing students, staff, and the community to COVID-19 the District has decided to post "virtual" programs instead. The posting of these programs can be found on the school website and Facebook page on December 22.
In the elementary, classes will record their songs on the following days:
- Friday, December 18 - Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, and 4th Grade
- Monday, December 21 - 1st Grade, 3rd Grade, 5th Grade, and 6th Grade
The high school will record during the weeks leading up to December 22nd.
Mr. Sherlock asks that students dress up on the day that they perform. Additionally, students can also wear Christmas sweaters, Santa hats, elf ears, etc. while they are performing.
