Request for Audit Services

The Nodaway-Holt R-VII School District is requesting proposals from licensed certified public accountant firms to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, with the option of auditing its financial statements for the subsequent two (2) fiscal years. To be considered, two (2) copies of a proposal must be received by Dr. Jeff Blackford, at 318 South Taylor, Graham, MO 64455, by 12:00 noon on December 14, 2021. The Nodaway-Holt R-VII School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. It is anticipated the selection of the firm will be completed on December 15th, 2021. Following the notification of the selected firm it is expected a contract will be executed between both parties, December 15, 2021.
