Last night the Co-op Advisory Committee met and finalized a few details regarding next year’s full athletic cooperative agreement with West Nodaway. Next year we will be called the Nodaway Valley Thunder. Our primary color will be Black, our secondary color will be Kelly Green, and our accent color will be White. These choices were made 100% by the combined results of the surveys given previously to both communities.
Now, the Committee is looking for a logo and that is where they need some help. The Committee has decided to turn to the students and community members of both districts for their assistance. You have from now until January 27th to turn in your Nodaway Valley Thunder logo to either Jeff Blackford (jblackford@nodholt.org), Mike Hollingsworth (mhollingsworth@nodholt.org), or the high school office. This can be a drawing, something done on the computer, whatever you can think of. The winner will get $200 towards Nodaway Valley Thunder apparel so make them good! This will be the new face of the Nodaway Valley Thunder!!
After the 27th, a survey will be created with the top 3 logos and that survey will be sent to the students for voting on January 29th. Be thinking and get your logos submitted soon for a chance to win!
